Meet Carolynn Smith-Jones

Carolynn Smith-Jones is a sales, marketing, and public relations professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality, health care, sports, entertainment, and franchise industries. Her business focus is to get maximum media coverage, brand awareness and brand exposure for her clients which include national corporations, business owners, professional athletes, published authors, and high-profile CEOs.

Carolynn started her career as an on-air radio personality for NFL Fox Sports where she covered NFL pre-season camps and side-line reporting; interviewing NFL players and coaches.

A graduate of UNF and Hall of Famer in NCAA Women’s Basketball, she continues to emcee the NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four “Tourney Town” as one of her passion projects.  

Following the world of sports and entertainment; Carolynn’s extensive communications background includes multiple awards in sales and marketing for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels nationwide. As a former “Million Dollar Baby” in sales and marketing for Hilton Hotels Worldwide; Carolynn continues to help market Hospitality clients nationally including Papa Johns and national hotel brands. 

Carolynn is entering her 12th year as owner of Seven Marketing + PR.

Meet Kendrix “KJ” Jones

Kendrix “KJ” Jones is a seasoned executive with a strong background in sales, business development and retail development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Seven Marketing + PR, KJ brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role.

Prior to his successful career in the PR industry, KJ had a noteworthy journey in the world of sports. He excelled as a college football player, showcasing his talent and dedication on the field. After his collegiate career, KJ’s skills landed him a spot briefly in the National Football League (NFL).

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, KJ transitioned into the business world and discovered his passion for sales and entrepreneurship. With a natural flair for building relationships and closing deals, he has spent the past 15 years honing his skills in various sales roles.

KJ’s unique combination of athleticism, business acumen, and sales has made him an invaluable asset to the team at Seven Marketing + PR. He continues to drive growth, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional results for both his clients and the company.

Meet Amy Jean Smith

Amy Jean Smith is a skilled copywriter, content marketer, and PR manager for 7 Marketing + PR. She has over 20 years of experience in hospitality, arts, and entertainment.

Her flowing creativity and knack for having excellent communication skills complement her strong writing ingenuity. Amy specializes in crafting engaging content for marketing and sales copy, as well as personal brand stories and storytelling. Amy has the uncanny ability to bring out incredible copy and piece it together beautifully, her ongoing curiosity helps her strive in the field.

In addition to copywriting, Amy specializes in content marketing, branding, public relations, and social media marketing.

When Amy is not busy helping her clients tell their stories, her passions include the arts, jewelry making, animals, reading, and non-profit volunteer work with Bess the Book Bus where she serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors.

Raised in Florida, Beatrice is a graduate of the University of Ringling College of Art and Design with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation and Graphic Design.
